Attorney Susan Edwards received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature (Hons) from London University, United Kingdom and a Master’s Degree from Oxford University, United Kingdom. She graduated magna cum laude from Pace University School of Law in New York in 2004. She is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Vermont State courts. She is also admitted to practice in the Eastern District, the Northern District and the Southern District of New York, the District of Vermont and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has been admitted to appear pro hac vice to the Superior Court of New Jersey; the United States District Court for the State of Arizona; the United States District Court of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Her practice includes union and employee representation at both the administrative and court level. Susan is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Vermont Bar Association. She has litigated cases under the Fair Labor Standards’ Act, the Railway Labor Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Law, New York Labor Law and Vermont Labor Law. She has appeared frequently before the Vermont Labor Relations Board and argued cases before the Vermont Supreme Court. Prior to becoming an attorney she was employed as a probation officer specializing in offenders with addiction issues.
